Volunteering
We partner with multiple non-profits to participate in local volunteer programs:
The Auxis University program is a comprehensive training program designed to align employee experiences with Auxis' culture, vision, and strategic initiatives. This program provides employees with tailored, individual development plans that will help them grow within the company. Part of these development programs branch out into the newly introduced Climb and Grow initiatives:
Grow Program: A program that is designed to train and educate the entire Auxis employee population in a variety of soft skills and leadership skills and reinforce policies and procedures.
Climb Program: A development program specifically designed to help build our next generation of leaders. The program is responsible for creating employee-specific professional growth plans for 5% of our future leaders. These plans include technical and soft skills training, stretch assignments, job shadowing, and other learning avenues specifically designed to help them develop into their next role.

Green Spaces
At Auxis, we promote the inclusion of environmentally responsible practices, led by our employee Wellness Committee that manages campaigns, training, recycling spaces, volunteering programs to clean-up schools, beaches, and rivers, and more.
We also join efforts with the American Free Zone for its monthly Recycle Zone event, which grants exchangeable points to companies and employees for recycling material. The Auxis building is properly equipped with disposal areas assigned to collect specific recyclable materials. We also reduced our need to print and purchase plastic and other materials that do not decompose easily.
At Auxis, we take our responsibility to protect the environment seriously. Our office recycling program is a critical way we reduce our ecological footprint, recycling paper, aluminum, and plastics."
Healthier, happier employees
