Eduardo is the Consulting Director of the Intelligent Automation & RPA Practice at Auxis, including the ongoing management of its IA Center of Excellence in Costa Rica. With over 10 years of experience in process improvement and finance transformation, Eduardo has a proven track record working with CFOs in the design and implementation of back office optimization initiatives, with a deep focus on implementing long-term, scalable Automation Programs.
Eduardo has successfully delivered over 200 robots to more than 30 different organizations across multiple industries including retail, financial services, hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing. Some of Eduardo’s recent clients include Baptist Health, Revlon Cosmetics, Pandora Jewelry, Melia Hotels, and Amerant Bank.
Prior to joining Auxis, Eduardo worked at Accenture for 5 years, where he was involved in multiple process optimization and cost reduction projects for leading consumer goods companies across the Americas. Eduardo holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA from Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts.

Diego brings deep expertise working with C-level executives from midmarket and enterprise organizations to maximize the return from their automation investments by guiding them through their end-to-end transformation journey, from the early stages of assessing the opportunities for optimization and building the business case, all the way to developing and implementing customized solutions to achieve the expected levels of efficiencies and cost reduction.
In terms of industries, Diego has worked across multiple sectors including manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, financial services, hospitality, healthcare, among others.
Before joining Auxis, Diego held several business development and sales leadership roles for global consulting firms like Atos Origin, Indra, and Alten Group in more than 15 countries around Europe, LatAm and North America.
Diego has a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from Valladolid University in Spain, and a PhD in International Business from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE (Madrid, Spain).
