Eric Liebross leads the Business Transformation practice at Auxis. He brings more than 30 years’ experience and a proven track record of success in the Shared Services Strategy, Organizational and Operating Model Design and Implementation, Back Office Optimization, Digital Transformation and Business Process Outsourcing areas. Eric joined Auxis in 2002, and led the establishment of the company’s nearshore shared services center in Costa Rica in 2010, and launched Auxis’ Intelligent Automation practice in 2016. His unique perspective as both long-time business advisor and operator provides a unique, real-world perspective to his clients.

Dan is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Strategy and Analytics. As a Sr. Managing Director, Dan oversees the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement programs of Auxis’ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clients supported from its Nearshore Center in Costa Rica, including Finance & Accounting and Customer Service.

As part of his role, Dan also advises CFOs and senior executives on deploying process automation, analytics, and shared services to modernize their Back Office Operations to scale and be better positioned to compete. In terms of industry experience, Dan has supported innovation programs in over 10 different sectors, and brings a deep expertise within the Retail, CPG and Financial Services space.

Prior to joining Auxis, Dan held several leadership positions in the industry in enterprise organizations such as Office Depot in both Strategic & Operational roles. Dan holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance & Competitive Strategy from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
