He has 25+ years of experience driving technology strategy and delivering targeted outcomes at Auxis, Deloitte, and Accenture. In addition, he was a divisional CIO for a global Fortune 500 company.
Bill brings extensive experience across a range of industries to evaluate opportunities and create implementation roadmaps. From an implementation standpoint, he has a proven track record of leading successful modernization programs, including Agentic, Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Centers of Excellence, ERPs, Analytics, and custom development.
Eduardo Diquez
Managing Director of Intelligent Automation
Eduardo is the Managing Director of the Intelligent Automation Practice at Auxis. With over 15 years of experience in process improvement and digital transformation, Eduardo has a proven track record working with business and IT executives in the successful design and delivery of long-term, scalable automation programs.
Eduardo brings cross-industry experience in multiple sectors including Healthcare, Financial Services, CPG, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and more, ranging from Fortune 1000 clients to midmarket and private equity backed organizations.
Prior to joining Auxis, Eduardo worked at Accenture for 5 years, where he was involved in multiple process optimization and cost reduction projects. Eduardo holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA from Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
Guillermo Alvarado
Director of Intelligent Automation
Guillermo is a Solution Architect at Auxis. He brings deep understanding and experience in Agentic Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Capacity Planning, DBA, and Application Development.
Previously, Guillermo worked for organizations such as Bank of America and Hewlett Packard. He holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management and several certifications and credentials from Microsoft, UiPath, ITIL, & Lean Six Sigma.
Phillip Martinez
Director of Partner Development, Digital Transformation
Phillip Martinez is a growth-focused technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading high-impact sales teams, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and channel growth. As Director of Partner Development at Auxis, he leads ecosystem adoption and sales enablement for the firm’s Digital Transformation practice, aligning closely with UiPath to accelerate client outcomes.

Paige is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Management Information Systems from the Leeds School of Business. Currently working as a Senior Intelligent Automation Consultant, Paige helps organizations streamline operations and drive digital transformation through automation and emerging technologies.
Fabiana Corredor
VP of Marketing & Growth
Fabiana is Auxis’ VP of Marketing & Growth and has been a part of the Auxis’ team since 2012. She leads the Marketing & Lead Generation Department, bringing together practice leaders and sales to work more effectively, cohesively, and in line with Auxis go-to-market strategy. During the last 4 years, Fabiana has focused on building Auxis’ Digital Marketing and Inbound Marketing Strategy focusing on lead generation, brand awareness & engagement.
Prior to Joining Auxis, Fabiana worked at EY (Ernst & Young) as a Consultant for Latin America Financial Services Advisory, where she was involved in designing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, optimizing client service satisfaction, and implementing new management and communications plans in the banking sector.
Fabiana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences from Universidad Monteávila in Caracas, Venezuela.
Anna Smith-Johnson
Business Development Executive
Anna Smith-Johnson is a seasoned sales professional and Business Development Executive at Auxis, where she drives business growth through strategic IT and digital transformation solutions.
