Raul Vega

CEO

Raul Vega is the CEO at Auxis and an executive consultant focused on helping executive teams modernize their operating models to meet the increasing demands of today’s business environment.

Throughout his 30-year career, Raul has worked with over 200 clients across 30+ countries and successfully led business transformation initiatives in multiple industries, including consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, retail, transportation, telecommunications, among others. His clients have ranged from Fortune 100 multi-nationals to private equity backed middle market organizations.

Alvaro Prieto

Senior Managing Director of Technology Services, Founder

Alvaro leads the firm’s technology practice and brings over 25 years of leadership, achievement and strong business and information technology experience to Auxis, having previously worked for companies like Merrill Lynch International and Pepsi-Cola International.

Alvaro has tremendous strength in leading large software developments, implementations and external teams throughout Latin America, Europe, Asia and the United States for financial services, manufacturing, distribution and non-profit organizations. He has managed and delivered business and technology projects to over 300 different companies ranging from small to large enterprises.

Interesting Fact: In addition to being an Eagle Scout in his native country of Colombia, he is a Colombian national skateboarding champion who has endorsed many national soft drinks in television commercials and print ads.

Bill Pruitt

Co-Founder & Board Member

Bill is the president of Pruitt Enterprises, LP and Pruitt Ventures, Inc. Bill’s career began with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he remained for 33 years, retiring as the managing partner for Florida, the Caribbean, and Venezuela. He is a founding board member for the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors and served as President until 2009, where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors.

He is also a past president of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Since retirement from Arthur Andersen, Bill has continued to serve in advisory and audit committee leadership roles, including Adjoined Consulting, Inc.; PBSJ Corporation; Mako Surgical Corp.; KOS Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Greensmith Energy Management Systems, LLC, and the Coral Gables Trust Company.

He has held trustee or board member roles at the University of Miami; the University of Miami Citizens Board; the University of Miami Alumni Association; the Miami Bankers Club; the Florida Chamber of Commerce; the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce; the Greater Miami Free Zone; the Miami Ballet; and the Tropical Girl Scout Council. Interesting Fact: Bill was selected by the University of Miami Business School as the Alumnus of Distinction in 1997.

Eric Liebross

Senior Managing Director

Eric brings more than 30 years of experience and a proven track record of success helping CFOs modernize and achieve peak performance in their back office to become more scalable, innovative and strategic oriented.

He joined Auxis in 2002 and serves as Senior Managing Director, overseeing all Finance Transformation, Process Automation and Business Process Outsourcing services at Auxis. His areas of expertise include financial operations performance, shared services strategy, organizational and operating model design, process automation (e.g. RPA), and systems integration.

Eric led the establishment of Auxis’ nearshore business services center in Costa Rica in 2010, and launched the company’s Business Process Outsourcing practice that includes Finance & Accounting and Customer Service.

Jose Alvarez

Managing Director of Infrastructure Technology

Jose Alvarez is the Director of the IT Managed Services Practice for Auxis, and leads our IT Outsourcing and Solutions practice. Jose has extensive experience with large multinational companies delivering technology best practices.

His expertise includes IT strategic planning, cost control programs, emerging technologies, IT operations and infrastructure management. An Information Systems Executive with over 25 years of IT technical and management experience, Jose is a dynamic leader and mentor able to build team cohesion and inspire individuals to strive toward ever higher levels of achievement.

Daniel Day

Senior Managing Director of BPO Operations

Dan is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Strategy and Analytics. As a Sr. Managing Director, Dan oversees the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement programs of Auxis’ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clients supported from its Nearshore Center in Costa Rica, including Finance & Accounting and Customer Service.

As part of his role, Dan also advises CFOs and senior executives on deploying process automation, analytics, and shared services to modernize their Back Office Operations to scale and be better positioned to compete. In terms of industry experience, Dan has supported innovation programs in over 10 different sectors, and brings a deep expertise within the Retail, CPG and Financial Services space.

Prior to joining Auxis, Dan held several leadership positions in the industry in enterprise organizations such as Office Depot in both Strategic & Operational roles. Dan holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance & Competitive Strategy from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Accounting from the University of Dayton.

Fabiana Corredor

VP of Marketing

Fabiana is Auxis’ Senior Marketing Manager and has been a part of the Auxis’ team since 2012. She leads the Marketing & Lead Generation Department, bringing together practice leaders and sales to work more effectively, cohesively and in line with Auxis go-to-market strategy. During the last 4 years, Fabiana has focused on building Auxis’ Digital Marketing and Inbound Marketing Strategy focusing on lead generation, brand awareness & engagement.

Prior to Joining Auxis, Fabiana worked at EY (Ernst & Young) as a Consultant for Latin America Financial Services Advisory, where she was involved in designing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, optimizing client service satisfaction, and implementing new management and communications plans in the banking sector.

Fabiana holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences from Universidad Monteávila in Caracas, Venezuela.

Eduardo Diquez

Managing Director of Intelligent Automation

Eduardo is the Consulting Director of the Intelligent Automation Practice at Auxis, including the ongoing management of its IA Center of Excellence in Costa Rica. With over 10 years of experience in process improvement and finance transformation, Eduardo has a proven track record working with C-level executives in the design and implementation of back office optimization initiatives, with a deep focus on delivering long-term, scalable Automation Programs.

Eduardo has successfully delivered over 200 robots to more than 30 different organizations across multiple industries including retail, financial services, hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing. Some of Eduardo’s recent clients include Baptist Health, Revlon Cosmetics, Pandora Jewelry, Melia Hotels, and Amerant Bank.

Prior to joining Auxis, Eduardo worked at Accenture for 5 years, where he was involved in multiple process optimization and cost reduction projects for leading consumer goods companies across the Americas. Eduardo holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA from Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts.

Keith Sayewitz

Commercial Managing Director & Restaurant Vertical Leader

Keith leads the Restaurant Vertical for Auxis, spanning across Auxis’ service offerings in BPO, ITO and Digital Transformation. In addition to our traditional offerings, the Restaurant Services line offers unique, industry-specific solutions for Brand Protection Services, Integrated Franchisee and Customer Care, and IT and POS support. Keith has worked extensively across restaurant brands such as Subway, Dunkin’, Jamba, Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli, and more.

Prior to Auxis, Keith held leadership roles with DHL, KPMG, PRC, and Blockbuster Video, where he specialized in large-scale transformation programs, helping companies modernize their operations through a combination of operating model redesign and technology enablement.

Bill Woodford

Sr. Managing Director Digital Transformation

Bill leads the Digital Transformation advisory, implementation, and operations services to help organizations realize the benefits of business-led technology transformation. He has 25 years of experience driving technology strategy and delivering targeted outcomes at Auxis, Deloitte and Accenture. In addition, he was a divisional CIO for a global Fortune 500 company.
 
He brings extensive experience across a range of industries to evaluate opportunities and create implementation roadmaps. From an implementation standpoint, he has a track record of leading successful modernization programs including Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Centers of Excellence, ERPS, custom development, and analytics.

Diego Peña

Managing Director Avalar

Diego is the Director of the Software Development practice at Auxis, and brings more than 20 years of consulting and IT industry experience. Diego has a deep expertise working with C-level executives from midmarket and enterprise organizations by guiding them through their end-to-end software development cycle, from the early stages all the way to developing and building customized solutions and teams.

Before joining Auxis, Diego held several leadership roles for global IT consulting firms like Atos Origin, Indra, and Alten Group in more than 15 countries around Europe, LatAm and North America.

Diego has a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from Valladolid University in Spain, and a PhD in International Business from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE (Madrid, Spain).

Rosemarie Marshall

VP of Client Development

Respected Sales Leader with proven success in increasing sales and growing bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs. Building consensus across organizational lines and maintaining excellent colleague relationships. Excellent track record in hiring, training, and motivating remote sales teams, and working to develop effective multi-channel sales distribution. Excels in dynamic fast-paced environment and ready to make a positive impact.

Adan Rivera

Chief Financial Officer

Adan is a Finance and Accounting trusted advisor with a proven record of accomplishment in developing and maintaining financial systems and processes, driving forecasting, budgeting, and liaising with key stakeholders at all levels to mitigate risks and accelerate profitability. He brings a wide breadth of hands-on finance experience, including in areas such as FP&A, Shared Services, international tax, cost accounting, internal controls, financial system implementations and process improvement.

Prior to joining Auxis, Adan worked for multinational and Mexican organizations on a variety of industries, most recently at Baxter Healthcare as the LatAm Region Finance Controller after a successful tenure as FP&A LatAm Head, his experience also includes consulting and advisory services at Arthur Andersen (Accenture). Adan has an MBA in Finance and is a CPA.

Lizzie Arroyo

Vice President of Human Resources and Administration

Lizzie brings over 18 years of experience working in the professional services industry. She has extensive experience working in a variety of back office roles including Operations, Marketing, HR, and Accounting. As Auxis’ HR Director, she leads the HR function and strategy for the entire organization and plays a key role in developing a talent agenda that aligns with the organization’s business priorities.

She supports a workforce of over 200 employees in the US and Costa Rica and works closely with management to develop and implement broad based HR policies & programs, including recruitment, retention, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, professional development and government compliance while supporting the corporations’ overall strategic direction and daily operations of the organization. She also plays the critical role of coach and advisor to all business leaders regarding people and organizational strategy. Lizzie is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.

Interesting Fact: Lizzie is a certified belly dancing instructor.
