Finance Automation vs. Outsourcing:

Which Option Makes More Sense For You in 2020?

Join our Webinar on:
Wednesday December 11th, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm ET

For today’s CFOs, becoming the strategic business advisor that their CEOs are expecting can be very difficult when most finance organizations are still spending over 70% of their time on low-value, transaction processing activities.

Establishing captive shared services and implementing process automation (e.g. RPA) are two key strategies that finance executives have been implementing to reduce the transactional burden through productivity efficiencies and improved processes. However, neither of these two strategies really solve the fundamental challenge of getting away from being a transaction processing shop. Plus, most automation and IT projects fail or run over time and budget when trying to be tackled internally.

For all of these reasons, companies of all sizes are increasingly leveraging outsourcing as a faster and more effective vehicle to achieve modernization in their accounting operations.

Join our webinar on December 11th and get practical insights about the advantages of nearshore outsourcing versus trying to bring and manage innovation in your finance operation by yourself.

Key outsourcing advantages to be discussed include:

  • Innovation can be self-funded with the labor savings achieved from outsourcing
  • Quicker access to “best of breed” processes and technology (e.g. automation, analytics, etc.)
  • Lower one time investment and faster paybacks
  • Faster implementation timelines
  • Greater ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Increased flexibility and scalability
  • True reduction of your internal focus on transactional functions
