Vega, Auxis co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer, will leverage his extensive experience in business operations, corporate growth strategy and business transformation to lead the company in several new initiatives.
Auxis is expanding its Outsourcing Services to include the Finance and Accounting ('F&A') sector and is opening a new Outsourcing Service Center in Costa Rica. The company has also recently established Avalar, LLC, a recruiting and staffing firm specializing in permanent placement recruiting and staff augmentation for the F&A and information technology sectors. Auxis' Government Services practice, launched in 2009, has also been gaining strong momentum, as evidenced by recent Federal Government wins at the Department of Homeland Security, Environmental Protection Agency, Patent and Trademark Office, and the Agency for Workforce Innovation in the State of Florida
Auxis co-founder Baird Lobree's role has shifted to Senior Vice President of Business Development, with a primary focus on developing new client opportunities. Alvaro Prieto, Auxis co-founder and Senior Vice President, will continue leading the company's outsourcing practice. Other key members of the Auxis Executive Team include Willie Rodriguez, Chief Financial Officer, and Eric Liebross, Vice President of Operations. Auxis' Management Consulting practice will be led by its Practice Directors, Manny Cueto, Nancy Wolff and Bill Woodford.
