Eric has over 30 years of experience in the Management Consulting, Professional Services, and Human Resource fields. He has significant experience in analyzing complex business issues and designing solutions across the full range of business infrastructure, including strategy, operations, organization and systems. Eric focuses on supporting Auxis' internal requirements, including organizational design, resource planning and utilization, staffing and recruitment, compensation planning, and professional development. He also actively participates in business development, account management and project delivery activities, including project and scope definition, work product and project team definition, work product and project delivery and oversight, and quality review. Prior to joining Auxis, Eric worked for Spherion and Renaissance Worldwide in the South Florida market, as well as his own consulting business based in New Jersey.

Interesting Fact: Eric has written a novel, "Hostile Takeover", about the fall of a professional services company in the Enron era.
