CIO was also looking to achieve a variable cost model for IT operations based on a per-device cost and specific Service Level objectives.

  • Delivered 95% performance against contracted service levels over a 3 year time horizon
  • Achieved SAS 70 Type II Certification of Internal Controls
  • Implemented a standard operating model and Tier 1 system management tools based on a combination of ITIL and Cobit standards. Scope of model included Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Release, Configuration, Capacity, Availability, Performance, Disaster Recovery and Service Level Management processes.
  • Implemented a variable cost staffing model that provides access to a broader and deeper pool of resources in a more cost effective basis
